The inaugural UMA K-20 Summit, March 23–25, 2017, invites passionate educators to participate in a dynamic conversation on innovation in online and blended learning to support the success of traditionally underserved students. Designed for practitioners, the summit is focused on collaboration to optimize learning models that engage, retain and prepare students to-and-through post-secondary graduation and workforce career pathing. Bringing together a wide-range of “doers” from all sectors representing primary, secondary and post-secondary education, the Summit will explore this year’s inaugural theme, “all means ALL.”

We are expecting approximately 300 attendees. There will be no charge for attendees.

The featured topics are:
- access to high quality education for traditionally underserved students
- promote leadership and partnership in online and/or blended learning formats
- issues related to college and career readiness
- meaningful student supports for traditionally underserved students
- career pathways for upskilling the workforce and future advancement
- impact of educator effectiveness on student success
