FAPSC will recognize an individual or entity, outside the private postsecondary education sector, with a Community Leader Award. This award will be in recognition for outstanding service to the community in each of FAPSC 8 regions. Each region will have the opportunity to recognize one outstanding community award recipient and an opportunity to name their local award in honor or memory of someone.
From these 8 community award winners a “state-level” recipient will be selected and recognized at FAPSC Annual Conference.
Award Criteria: Nominators will be required to provide a detailed narrative about why the nominee should be honored, outlining the nominee's impact on private postsecondary schools and their students' within their community and must have
demonstrated outstanding leadership resulting
in but not limited to:
enhanced quality of life in the community
cooperative efforts that develop or advance the community
increased opportunity for individual success in the community
