Regardless of the curriculum, these institutions have remained true to their missions of helping students succeed in school and in life. They maintain close ties with their industry partners are sensitive to change, not only in industry, but in student demographics. They were early in studying millennials and shared their information with FAPSC members through sessions conducted at conferences.

Don has been a member of FAPSC since 1976 and served in various capacities on the board and as president from 1985 to 1987. In addition to his work with FAPSC, he has proven his commitment to the sector by serving AICS (now ACICS) as a commissioner from 1982-88 (chair 1988), and on the AICS Board 1988-89.
