2017 Annual Administrator Conference

FOCUS with FAPSC this July 24 - 26 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort  This is an exclusive event for school administrators and will feature multiple breakout tracks, and an exhibit hall. School Administrators may earn up to 8 CEUs by attending the conference in its entirety.

Conference Registration Rates

Registration rates listed are per registrant and valid to school personnel only.  Employees of FAPSC Member Institutions are eligible to register at the Member Rate.

To verify that your company is a member, search our FAPSC School Member Directory.  Each member has a username and password which will allow them to log in and receive the member rate.  If you have questions about this, please contact the FAPSC office.

General Public Notice

Training sessions and conferences organized by the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC) and its members are limited in attendance to registered owners, employees and agents of postsecondary educational institutions licensed to operate in the state of Florida and vendors of such institutions.  These events are not open to the public and entry without written permission or registration will be subject such individuals to charges of unlawful trespass. 


Continuing Education Units (CEUs)


Attendees may earn up to 8 CEUs for the Commission for Independent Education annual requirement by attending this conference in its entirety.  All attendees must check in at the registration desk when arriving and complete a CEU card prior to leaving the conference in order for CEUs to be issued.  Attendees must check in at the registration desk before 9:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, July 25 and must complete a CEU card in the closing session at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 26 in order to earn the full 8 CEUs for their participation at the conference.

CEUs will be issued 30 days after the conference to attendees whose registration invoice has been paid in full and who completed a CEU Card during the conference.  Directions for downloading CEU certificates/documents will be emailed to each attendee and an individualized comprehensive list of attendees (indicating earned CEUs) will be mailed to each campus director.

Parking On-Site

Daily On-Site Parking located at the Great Hall Convention Center will be available on Tuesday & Wednesday (July 25 & 26), for FAPSC Conference attendees NOT staying as overnight guests at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort:

Daily Valet Parking at Great Hall Convention Center: $8 per day 
Attendees will need to show their FAPSC Conference Badge to receive the discounted parking rate.

For attendees staying as guests of the Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort will apply per room/per day.
Overnight Valet Parking: $16 + tax per day


Cancellation/Substitution of Registration

There is a $25 fee for all cancellations/substitutions of registration. All cancellations/substitutions must be submitted using this designated form - click here to download.

All cancellations of registration must be submitted by July 14 to be eligible to receive a refund.
All substitutions of registration must be submitted by July 14.  After July 14, all substitutions must be made on-site.
