This first-ever FAPSC workshop offers information, CEUs and networking opportunities for all levels of existing nursing programs, and for schools considering starting a program.

Presenters and topics include:


-  Dr. Patricia Seabrooks, Director of Education for the Florida Board of Nursing, will review reporting requirements, application forms, NCLEX score reporting, and the “program compare” portal.

-  Pearson experts will discuss how to align curriculum and instruction with the NCLEX.

-  Pam Corrigan, Consultant, will facilitate a self-assessment of your program.

-   Kathy Mizereck, FAPSC Executive Director, will review the current statutes on nursing education programs.

Three (3) CEUs for the Board of Nursing requirement will be awarded.

Four (4) CEUs for the Commission for Independent Education requirement will be awarded.
