Resort Fee

Normally $30, the resort fee for FAPSC Conference attendees has been waived.

Parking Availability

Discounted parking is available from July 30 through August 3. Self-parking overnight rate for all attendees, with in and out privileges, is $12 per day.

Valet parking is also available for $25.


Check-in / Check-out and Rooms

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Group attendees may be checked in early depending on occupancy levels and availability of "ready" rooms. Hotel will arrange to check-in baggage on a complimentary basis for event participants arriving before check-in time for which guest rooms are not available, and for event participants attending the meeting on their day of departure.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

There are a limited number of rooms with two beds set aside for FAPSC Conference attendees. After those are reserved, room size is chosen at check-in. Two children under 17 may stay in parents' room at no additional cost. Additional fees apply for three or more adults and/or three or more children. The maximum number of people in one room is four.

Conference room rate is only $189 for this beautiful hotel!
